Our solar development company will develop distributed solar power generation sites throughout Erie County using under-utilized real-estate, and facilities in Opportunity Zones offering preferential tax treatment.

The electricity generated from these sites will be sold to residential, commercial, & industrial utility customer throughout the Erie region & beyond. Our efforts will provide affordable & stable electricity prices to the area, in turn helping alleviate the energy burden faced by thousands of Erie households, help businesses better manage costs, create hundreds of well-paying employment opportunities in a growing industry, & keep residents hard earned money at home in Erie, growing the local economy.

 Community refrigerators are grassroots efforts to help alleviate the food insecurity crisis affecting communities like Erie. The project places a refrigerator in a public space & it is filled with food donated by people & businesses in the community who want to help. It operates with a “take what you need, leave what you can” approach.

Erie is a resilient community & our residents have endured a lot. But more than anything else, Erie is a compassionate community filled with great people who want to make a difference & want to help those who need a little help sometimes.
